As a woman with a background in management I specialise in offering complementary therapeutic help to people seeking solutions for:

Stressful situations - presentations, interviews, overcoming limiting beliefs, fears and relationships.

The emotional challenges of grief, loss and trauma and shock.

Womens health - period pains, conception, pregnancy, childbirth, hysterectomy, menopause and surgery.

Coping with cancer treatments, either with your own or whilst caring for someone.

Maintaining the feel good factor - my work helps people feel relaxed and revitalised.

I help my clients by appointment only, here at the practice or on the telephone for those who live further away.

I work on an hourly basis, consultations are usually between 1 and 3 hours. The number of sessions will very much depend on your issue. Some clients choose to focus on a specific issue whislt others maintain a longer term approach to their well-being.
