Skills

I`m experienced with working with all fears, PTSD, Panic Attacks, Stage fright,Abuse,etc using EFT & PSTEC. I have great success in reducing fears & emotions in the first session with my unique mixture of PSTEC hypnotherapy, NLP & Tapping.
Also having reached County standard in four different sports so i have the understanding to easily help you overcome any sports performance issues. I am fortunate to have been trained by Linda Wood on using her Magic Buttons Bear to help traumatised Children & Adults heal their childhood memories and fears.
I`m a fully qualified Bowen therapy and Children`s Bowen Therapist, and a highly qualified Reiki Master teacher. I have been blessed to have worked over the last 40 + yrs with healing energy and in the last 5 years with the amazing EFT technique.

Background Information

I am the organiser of the EFT Gathering held at The Craiglands Hotel, Ilkley over the last weekend of January every year.
