I live in Derbyshire and have a permanent base at The Cottage Healing Centre in Tamworth, Staffordshire so I can work with you face-to-face or over the telephone. I can also travel to you by appointment.

Background Information

A Yorkshire lass born and bred, I’m very down-to-earth and like to offer practical help and solutions that really work for you. I have a passion and a calling for helping others to make changes where they’re currently feeling stuck.

I love learning, and would be an eternal student if I could! This means that I’m always on the look-out for better methods, better techniques and better ways of doing things so I can be certain that my clients are getting the very best help that’s available.

Many of people comment on how they instantly felt like they ‘clicked’ with me and my ways of working. That said, I’m very client-centred and always try to work in the way that best suits YOU, because we’re all different and what works brilliantly for one person might not cut it for you. In fact my clients are my best teachers, and I learn something from each and every one of you. It’s a wonderful journey together.

I’m the proud Mum to a large ginger horse called Merrick and a gorgeous border collie pup called Sam. In rare moments of spare time, I love to read and am always tracking down favourite books I remember from childhood. I also enjoy random hobbies such as (very bad) origami, walking, I Ching, languages and eating out.
