I am also available to work with all other issues including phobias, trauma, self-confidence, anxiety and depression.

Background Information

I gained over 10 years experience of working in the fields of mental health and homelessness before moving on to become a complementary health practitioner.

I smoked for 13 years before managing to stop. However I spent the next 5 years still craving cigarettes.
I finally achieved a permanent release from that craving through EFT and I am passionate about helping others on their journey to overcome their addiction.
