I work with children, schools and parents to introduce the wonderful eft tapping technique to help manage behaviour and release stress.
I also work with anyone wishing to make changes in their life. I work with anyone experiencing physical and emotional pain, phobias, addictions, weight loss and general anxiety. I work with young people and adults. Whatever the problem - contact me - and If I cant help I will refer you to someone who can.

Background Information

My background is 14 years of working with disadvantaged families in Leeds for the local authority. I now work with private clients and work with South Leeds Health for All on a voluntary basis.
