Skills

I offer sessions of EFT (approx one hour), incorporating my NLP skills where appropriate, in order to maximise effectiveness. This exciting and very successful technique can help with many issues.

As a general EFT Practitioner, I have helped people with everything from dental/needle phobias to fear of public speaking and nail biting. I particularly enjoy helping those with chronic illness and have particular insight and experience with ME/CFS, Lupus/SLE, Fibromyalgia, terminal cancer and EDS/Hypermobility Syndrome.

Background Information

I discovered EFT during my 'journey' towards recovery from ME/CFS. I am so impressed and so passionate about it that I am eager to share my knowledge and help others.
