Skills

I specialise in weight loss. Using EFT, I help people effectively control their cravings and change the eating behaviours that drive over-eating. This is done by exploring and resolving the emotional reasons and anxieties that drive over-eating and binge-eating.

I also enjoy helping people conquer their fears and phobias. I have had success helping people with height phobias, snakes, spiders and various driving-related fears.
