Registered Bach Flower Remedies Practitioner 1994
Qualified TFT Practitioner up to dx, postgraduate training.
CBT trained to IAPT standards

Skills

I am a Holistic Energy Therapist. I started as a Reflexologist 18 years ago and have built on that adding Councelling, Bach remedies, TFT , CBT and Reiki as well as some little add ons. My main interest is in using TFT (tapping) and CBT along side these other skills. Working with emotional issues is my strength. I work in a hospice so I am very used to working with Cancer patients.
