This is a depth introduction to EFT designed to give you a solid foundation, whether you want to learn to use it for you and yours or whether you are thinking of continuing training to use EFT in your therapy practice. The day is geared to meet the needs both of people with no previous knowledge of EFT and those who have already been teaching themselves.
It will give you the chance to see EFT demonstrated and to practice using it with other people. There will also be plenty of opportunities to have all your questions answered. You will be learning in a warm and supportive environment.

Psychological reversal
Aspects
Calibration
Being Specific
Testing your work
Working with pain and physical problems
Working with cravings
Working with negative memories
EFT and anxiety
The Personal Peace Plan
This course is taught to the syllabus of the AAMET by two AAMET approved trainers, Judy Byrne EFT Master, and Richard Mark. By the end of it you will be confident to use EFT as the brilliant self-help tool that it is, and will have a firm foundation to build on further.
Students love the location which is Regent’s College, Regent’s Park in Central London. The cost of £135. reduced by 10 percent if you pay by cheque in full two weeks in advance or 5 per cent if you pay in advance by Paypal. Payment covers tea and coffee mid-morning and mid-afternoon and a comprehensive course manual.
