During the Workshop you will learn how to apply EFT for yourself. The subjects covered are: A brief history - How to tap - EFT on Fears; Phobias; Addictive Cravings: Physical Pain. Val and Paul will answer any questions and will help you to succesfully apply EFT. There is no requirement to ’share’... unless you want to of course Val and Paul have been running Workshops for over ten years now and are amongst the most experienced practitioners in Europe.
