EFT Level 1 is a two-day beginner's course, designed to reinforce the basic EFT concepts as taught in Gary Craig's EFT manual.

This is a practical training, structured to take you from complete novice to confident 'tapper' so that you can begin using EFT for yourself, your family and friends straight away. If you are already a qualified therapist, you will find that the course is designed to enable you to introduce EFT to your clients immediately.

The course covers all of the key elements from Gary Craig's original training requirements and carries an AAMET Level 1 attendance certificate. Supporting course documentation will be supplied.
