A highly praised practical and in-depth weekend of EFT training with experienced trainer and EFT Master Gwyneth Moss. Whether you are a therapist wanting to integrate EFT into your practice, a people-helper who wants to share EFT with friends and family or you are simply curious and want to use EFT for yourself, you can benefit from this weekend. I aim to help you to make a big first step into gaining skill in using EFT for yourself and others so that you get great results right from the start.

I’ll teach you how to address triggered emotions, the latest scientific understanding of trauma and how to use EFT to clear the effects of difficult memories, addictive cravings and aches and pains. You will learn EFT through practical one-to-one exercises, live demonstrations and short teaching sessions. After the workshop you have time to practice and to build your skills before returning for the further weekend of EFT training that completes the EFT Level Two standard of eligibility for AAMET Practitioner.

Workshops take place at the Craiglands Hotel in the Victorian Spa town of Ilkley, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Ilkley offers good value B and B’s as well as very smart hotels, and is a pleasant place to spend a weekend. There are lots of great shops and facilities, and partners and families will find plenty to do.
